Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate completion of all documentation required for ACFI submission is completed in a timely manner in consultation with the ACFI Coordinator.
- Ensure that the care plans of patients are accurate and reflect any changes required based on the patients changing condition
- Ensure that all care plans are in line with all accreditation standards and legislative requirements
- Work collaboratively with another multi-disciplinary team member
- Good understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Adhering to all legislation that governs quality standards, professional clinical registration requirements and standards of practice, including mandatory reporting responsibilities
About you
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Previous experience working within an aged care setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
