Sam Turner brings over 10 years of experience with the TXM Group, having been with 2XM Recruit since 2012. As a Group Director of 2XM Sam is now taking a pivotal role with 2XM Healthcare. Sam is focused on driving growth and excellence across the Social Care, Allied Health, and Aged Care divisions. He is responsible for ensuring that both 2XM Recruit and 2XM Healthcare continue to grow their market share, whilst consistently meeting and exceeding service expectations for both clients and candidates.

Passionate about people development, Sam works to create a high-performance culture that emphasises career progression, personal growth and an enjoyable work environment. His leadership has contributed to significant growth across the business and he’s excited to be part of the next phase of expansion.

Having started his career in the Fitness industry, Sam is an avid sports fan who enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also coaches his eldest son’s soccer team, keeping that competitive edge alive both in and out of the office.
